Judge sentences to longer imprisonment time for Lindsay Lohan

It isn’t surprising to find out Lindsay Lohan is in trouble again. The actress was summoned by the court in LA after failing a drug test and has been taken into custody. Lohan was only in jail for 13 days before being released to a 23-day stint rehab program at Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital, which wasn’t enough of her 90-day sentence evidently. The rehab did not take. She was rearrested after taking a routine drug test for her probation that she failed. Her fate is within the hands of a new court. That person gets to choose what happens.

Another Lohan substance test failed

For the latest failed drug test, a Lindsay Lohan jail stay was inevitable. Lindsay Lohan does not seem so shy about her life, The Guardian reports. She tweeted on Twitter to her followers that she failed a substance test. Lindsay Lohan’s attorney was not anywhere to be seen. Neither was Dina Lohan or Ali Lohan. Michael Lohan did talk to reporters as he explained that he should be taking the place of Lindsay in going to jail. Lindsay was denied bail by Judge Elden Fox, and she could be behind bars until her listening to on October 22.

Past problems

The first round of lawful trouble for the former child star started in 2007. Lohan crashed an automobile twice under the influence of alcohol, and was mandated to get therapy, as outlined by the Los Angeles Times. She missed a number of alcohol education meetings which the court didn’t like that much. She also got in some trouble with cocaine after testing optimistic. After doing just under two weeks in jail, she underwent a three-week rehabilitation. The terms of her probation included mandatory drug screenings, and she was found to have ingested amphetamines. Her July imprisonment sentence will not have compared to how long she will be in arrest until October now.

Courts are really mean

Her father, and others, have decried the denial of bail until her listening to. However, it is apparent that every little thing that has been tried up until this point is not working.
